Request a Refund in Icross E-Commerce LLC

Important Notice:

Icross E-Commerce LLC offers refunds on purchase transactions, depending on the refund policy. You can also contact the respective developer directly.

  • If you find an Icross E-Commerce LLC purchase transaction on your card or other payment method that was not completed by you or someone you know, report the unauthorized chargeback within 120 days of the transaction.

  • Please do not submit duplicate requests for the same transaction as this will not speed up the refund process. Refund requests take 1-4 days to process, so please be patient.

For U.S. Economic Zone Users

If you are located in a U.S. economic zone and made a purchase on or after March 28, 2023, learn how to request a refund.

If you can't find the appropriate purchase transaction when trying to request a refund through the link above, you can request a refund through the Google Play website:




Visit icrossgame.com.


Tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner.


Select Payments and Subscriptions in turn Then tap Budget and Order History.


For the order you want to return, tap Report a Problem.


Select the option that matches your situation.


Fill out the form and indicate that you want a refund.


Tap Submit.


  • If you can't find the corresponding order, it means that the item you want a refund for may have been purchased through another Icross E-Commerce LLC account.


  • You can usually expect a refund within 1 day, up to a maximum of 4 days.


  • For Hardware Devices: To return a device you purchased from Icross E-Commerce LLC or to request a refund, please go to the Icross E-Commerce LLC Refunds page.

Ask app developers for help

You should contact the app developer if any of the following apply:


You have a question about the app.


You purchased an in-app purchase and did not receive the corresponding item, or the experience with the item was not what you expected.


You want to request a refund, but more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase transaction.


The Developer can help you with issues related to the purchase transaction and may process refunds in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
